Anchor, Menu: Add: Anchor
1. First, name the sections
2. Add: Menus: Anchor: name it
Drag anchor to the section where you want it
3.Click on Menu, Manage Menu
Add Menu Item: anchor
Specify Page, then section

Click on the Menu: click on the round settings button
Click on Advanced Settings: this stops it from linking to a page
